How can bibliographic management be harmonized within museums? Discover the feedback from the Museums of the City of Lyon: the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Gadagne Museums (Museum of Lyon History and Puppet Arts Museum). This workshop presents the transition to three new modern, secure documentary portals, tailored to the specific needs of each institution.
Through the testimony of Ms. Duffeix from the Gadagne Museum, we will explore how this two-year project has transformed the promotion of collections thanks to increased team autonomy and simplified cataloging. We will highlight the documentary portals created, illustrating Archimed's graphic expertise and its ability to meet demanding technical requirements for security and accessibility.
