Based on the initial findings of the XPO Federation's study on exhibition design and production professions, this conference offers an overview of the professional ecosystem: the diversity of roles, the plurality of employment statuses, but also economic vulnerabilities and profound changes in practices. In a context of budget cuts, accelerated timelines, and evolving skills, how can we maintain the excellence of exhibition projects? Can cooperation between stakeholders provide a collective solution? The conference will propose avenues for reflection on moving from ad hoc collaborations to genuine cooperative dynamics in exhibition projects, and will open a dialogue with the public on the future of the sector.
