How to present your cultural offering so that it finds its audience? In museums and places of visit, ticketing is no longer limited to selling a ticket: it becomes a real tool for staging the offering.
During this pitch, Solène Jimenez , director of development for the visitor attractions sector at Mapado , will share best practices observed from a community of 650 cultural structures .
The objective: to show how to structure and enhance your offerings to better meet the expectations of each type of audience.
We will explore the different levers: defining a clear offer between long-term proposals (passes, subscriptions, etc.) and opportunistic offers, distributing it effectively on multiple sales channels , and rethinking the visitor journey , from the website to online purchase.
